Customer Notice – Covid-19 Update

Customers,

Following on from the Government’s announcements on March 24th and March 27th in relation to the closure of non-essential retail,  we would like to advise that the following stores, that meet the Government criteria, will remain open:

  • Boots Pharmacy
  • McCauley Pharmacy
  • Holland and Barrett
  • Tesco

All other stores at  Mahon Point Shopping Centre will close temporarily until further notice.

Please note the following regarding opening hours for these retailers:

Tesco will open as follows:

  • Monday to Sunday: 7am to 10pm
  • Please note that Tesco will be implementing some restrictions to manage the volume in store at any one time.
  • Tesco are also offering specific hours for the elderly, see their website for more details.

Boots Pharmacy will open as follows:

  • Monday to Saturday: 9.30am to 6pm
  • Sunday: 12pm to 6pm
  • Restrictions apply to manage the volume in store at any one time.

McCauley Pharmacy will open as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 6pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed
  • Restrictions apply to manage the volume in store at any one time.

Holland and Barrett (who supply essential food products for special dietary conditions & immunity) will open as follows

  • Monday to Saturday: 9am to 4pm
  • Sunday: 12pm to 5pm
  • Restrictions apply to manage the volume in store at any one time.

The underground Car Park ((P6) is now closed but Parcel Motel can be accessed through the pedestrian gate during business hours.

All stores in the Retail Park will close temporarily until further notice.

When visiting the stores listed above we urge all customers to continue to practice social distancing and good hand hygiene. Please do not attend the stores if you are feeling unwell.

We would like to thank you for your co-operation and understanding.  And we would also like to thank our staff and retailers for their co-operation to date since the COVID-19 outbreak.

We hope all our customers and staff stay well during these unprecedented times. Our thoughts are especially with those who feel vulnerable at this difficult time.

A special thanks to all those who are working on the frontline and providing important services to our community during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We look forward to brighter days ahead when we will reopen the Centre fully, provide employment to the local area and again offer Fashion, Film, Food and Fun to the great people of Cork and further afield!!
