Please support St. Vincent de Paul

Again this year we are delighted to support St. Vincent de Paul with their annual car draw.

Please support the people of #Cork and #Kerry through the Annual @svp_ireland South-West Car Draw by purchasing tickets for the #SVPCarDraw (€5 each) here at the Centre or online at (First prize is a brand new Ford Focus courtesy of Tomar Trust, with six other cash prizes.)

This year St. Vincent de Paul (SVP) South-West is facing their most demanding #Christmas and winter period as vulnerable people are forced to choose between heating homes or feeding families. Calls for help are currently at a peak of 1,400 calls per week as crippling energy costs, soaring fuel prices, and unprecedented demand for food place severe strains on resources, while the cost-of-living crisis pushes lower income earners further and further into the poverty trap.

SVP South-West provide fuel assistance for 4,530 homes across Cork and Kerry and ensure regular coal deliveries throughout the winter, they are delivering approx. 350 food hampers every week to families in need through the SVP Cork and Kerry Hamper Projects.

If you need help, get in touch with the Cork office 021-4270444 (all confidential) or email #SVP #charitydrive #support
