Customer Service Representative
Mahon Point Shopping are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join the team at the Mahon Point Customer Service Desk on a part-time, temporary basis.
Key Duties:
- Providing a friendly and professional service to customers
- Answering customer enquiries in person and by telephone
- Handling customer feedback and complaints
- Selling and processing Mahon Point Gift Cards
- Providing support to our retailers
- Carrying out general light administration duties
- Assisting with day-to-day Customer Service Desk activities
Requirements:
- Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
- Reliable and organised with a positive attitude
- PC literate and comfortable using basic computer systems
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Available to work weekends as part of the role
- Previous customer service experience is preferable
Position: Part-time, Temporary
