We were recently rated “excellent” by BREEAM in both the “Asset Performance” and “Building Management” categories, making us the only building in Ireland with BREEAM Excellence for Building Management.
BREEAM is the world’s leading infrastructure and building sustainability assessment approach. Our accreditation has been in place since 2015, and our ratings have increased with time.
Having an unbiased sustainability assessment approach monitor our efforts validates our sustainability claims and inspires us to continue on this journey.
