Cork ARC Cancer Support House is our chosen Charity Partner for the Sixty Minute Restyle

For this season’s Sixty Minute Restyle, we are again delighted to support and promote Cork ARC Cancer Support House.

Cork ARC Cancer Support House is a registered charity and was established to provide a holistic centre in which people with cancer and their families can find emotional support, practical help and trust.

Their aim is to provide therapies that complement the medical model and adhere to best practice, so as to make a difference to the lives of those affected by cancer.

Cork ARC welcome all those affected by cancer, at any stage of the cancer journey, at their centres in Cork city and Bantry as well as through their community based cancer support service at the NICHE Community Health Project.

Visitors can drop in without an appointment, find support from our volunteer listener team and find out about the many supports available free of charge, including counselling, breast cancer supports, yoga, pilates, information sessions on diet, bereavement. They also offer the CLIMB® Programme for children of parents with cancer, a Get Active programme for men after cancer and a support programme for those living with Metastatic cancer.
