We again apologise for the continued inconvenience caused by the disruption with our Gift Cards.
Our sincere intention was to have the matter resolved by now, but the issue is not fully in our control as we have to deal with several entities.
While we are very confident that the issue will be resolved in the coming weeks, unfortunately at this time, we cannot give an exact date.
Please be assured we are applying as much pressure as possible to bring this to a swift resolution.
The current situation is as follows:
-All funds on existing cards are secure and protected.
-All funds have been transferred to the new EMI processor Paynovate under the MasterCard system.
-We are waiting on MasterCard to confirm a date as to when the cards will be operational again.
-No management fees will be applied during the disruption period.
-Once we have an exact date, we will further advise.
